Oral GX15-070
Obatoclax is currently administered to patients by IV infusion, which has an acceptable safety profile and has demonstrated clinical activity. Gemin X is also exploring methodologies to develop an oral formulation of the compound. It is believed that an oral formulation will provide additional benefits in certain settings. |
